A graduate of the Escola Superiorde Música de Lisboa (where hewas taught by José Massarrão).Winner of the 4th NationalSaxophone Competition "Sonsdo Cabral" (1st Prize – Belmonte– 2016).
Teaches at the Escola de Músicae Artes de Ourém.
Has taken part in masterclassesgiven by Gilberto Bernardes,Preston Duncan, James Houlik,Timothy McAllister, and RafaelYebra, among others.
