A graduate of the Akademija zaGlasbo Ljubljana (where he wastaught by Matjaž Drevenšek andMiha Rogina), the Conservatoireà Rayonnement Régional deVersailles(where he was taughtby Vincent David), and theConservatoire National Supérieurde Musique et de Danse de Paris(where he was taught by ClaudeDelangle).
Has impressed at a numberof competitions, national andinternational, including the 5thand 6th Adolphe Sax InternationalCompetitions (Dinant – 2010 and semi-finalist in 2014), the 9th Osaka International ChamberMusic Competition (2nd Prize –Osaka – 2017), and the ViennaInternational Music Competition(1st Prize – Austria – 2019).
Has performed with variousorchestras and ensembles,including the RTV SloveniaSymphonic Orchestra and theColorFour Saxophone Quartet.
