Studied at the Konservatorij zaGlasbo in Balet Ljubljana (wherehe was taught by Lev Pupis) andthe Akademija za Glasbo Ljubljana(where he was taught by MatjažDrevenšek).
Has impressed at a number of competitions, national andinternational, including theInternational Competition forSaxophone SaxGo (3rd Prize –Nova Gorica – 2016 and semi-finalist in 2018) andthe ViennaInternational Music Competition(Gold Medal – Austria – 2019).Performs in Slovenia andthroughout Europe with variouschamber ensembles, including theGreatsaxess Saxophone Quartet,the Evterpa Saxophone Quartet,and the Ensemble ContemporainMicrosonus.
Has taken part in masterclassesgiven by Arno Bornkamp, ClaudeDelangle, Philippe Geiss, and Jean-Marie Londeix.
